Diet Whey is designed to help achieve the goal of a healthy, lean, and toned physique. When used in conjunction with a suitable calorie-controlled diet and training regime, Diet Whey can be used as a meal replacement* to help maintain lean muscle mass and thus metabolic rate, a key requirement in the fight against unwanted body fat.
Diet Whey contains high doses of CLA, L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate, and Green Tea Extract, along with Vitamins C & E and Glutamine peptides. All of which have a long reputation of aiding dieters.
In addition, a broad-spectrum protein blend provides all the Amino Acids needed for the body to be able to lose fat while maintaining a firm, toned physique and active healthy metabolism. A small amount of Low Glycaemic Index (GI) carbohydrates in the form of Waxy Barley Starch and Fibre are included to provide energy and help maintain an active metabolism while providing satiety which is important when being used and a meal replacement.

Directions--
Recommended Use:
One serving: Mix one flat scoop (22.5g) in 150ml-200ml of water
Two Servings: Mix two flat scoops (45g) in 300ml-400ml of water
Mix in a blender or shaker, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and consume.
Depending on your needs, take two to four servings per day.
