Loading Phase – Take 1 measure (5-gram scoop) and mix with 300 – 500 ml of water or your favorite juice drink and consume 4 times a day at regular intervals for 7 days

Maintenance Phase  – Take 1 measure (5-gram scoop) and mix with 300 – 500 ml of water or your favorite juice drink and consume once a day for a recommended 6 weeks.
